Goldbod Jewellery engages the services of third-party logistic companies. Once your item has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment.
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once confirmed, our team will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost.

Yes, we are actively working on secure vaulting options so customers can choose to have their tablets stored with us for added safety and convenience.
No, we currently have no formal agreements with banks. Tablets are sold exclusively through our showrooms and official e-commerce platform. Customers may independently arrange custody with their preferred bank.
